Ill-fitting shoes frequently cause these fluid-filled bubbles. Shoes that are too tight or too loose can irritate the skin. As a result of the friction, fluid accumulates beneath the upper layer of skin. These skin bubbles can also be caused by excessive moisture or sweat. But do you know how Queen Elizabeth avoids getting blisters?
Queen Elizabeth has an official shoe-wearer who helps her break in her shoes, so she doesn’t get blisters because the monarch doesn’t have time to worry about blisters during royal outings. The shoes must break in long before it reaches the queen’s feet.
The Royal Hack
Queen Elizabeth is the longest-reigning female monarch, but that doesn’t mean she’s mastered the art of breaking into her own shoes. In fact, the 93-year-old monarch has it done for her.
Meet Angela Kelly, the queen’s personal assistant, and senior dresser. Queen Elizabeth’s right-hand woman revealed that the monarch doesn’t have time to worry about blisters while on royal duties. As a result, Kelly breaks into the shoes long before reaching the queen’s feet.
As has been reported a lot in the press, a flunky wears in Her Majesty’s shoes to ensure that they are comfortable and that she is always good to go. And yes, I am that flunky. The queen has very little time to herself and no time to wear in her own shoes, and as we share the same shoe size, it makes the most sense this way.

Does the Queen Ever Repeat Her Outfit?
The Queen can only wear an outfit twice or three times before it is redesigned or reserved for private occasions.
Although Queen Elizabeth frequently wears the same jewelry, she avoids wearing the same outfits, unlike her granddaughter-in-law, Kate Middleton, a master at recycling outfits.
According to veteran fashion journalist Elizabeth Holmes in her new book, HRH: So Many Thoughts on Royal Style, every outfit the Queen wears is recorded, and repeats are purposefully spaced out so that similar crowds of people don’t see her in the same thing.
After the second or third public outing, it will either be reworked into a new design or relegated to private holidays or meetings.

The Queen, for example, wore the same pastel-blue coat and matching dress during a visit to Malta in 2005 and again at the Royal Ascot in 2008. She was never seen again in the ensemble after that.
The Queen is also known for wearing skirt suits in a similar style. The Queen dresses for the occasion in a simple manner, but she is not necessarily regarded as a trendsetter.

The Queen and the Queen Mother do not want to be fashion setters. That’s left to other people with less important work to do. Their clothes have to have a nonsensational elegance
