According to his former manager, Travis Scott faked his SoundCloud streams by using bots and then went to record labels and presented his fake numbers which helped him get signed.

Who is Travis Scott?

Jacques Berman Webster II, better known by his stage name Travis Scott was born on April 30, 1991, in Houston Texas. He initially lived with his grandmother in a really bad neighborhood. He then moved to Missouri City with his parents in a middle-class suburban area just off the border of Houston. Scott actively participated in musical theater while in school and attended the University of Texas in San Antonio just before he dropped out to focus on his music.

What Happened at Travis Scott’s Concert? 

Travis Scott shows are notorious for being boisterous and noisy. However, the 2021 Astroworld Festival, where he was scheduled to close up the first night of concerts, went above and above predicted levels of raucousness when it took a fatal turn.
