In an article written for The Sun in 2012, Kate Winslet states her thoughts about Titanic’s nude scene she filmed. Even numerous years after the release of the movie, she still refuses to watch the specific clip.
I‘m not going to look. I’ll be in the bar by that point… I wish I hadn’t shown so much flesh, but I was young, and I knew I had things to prove.

In another interview, Kate Winslet further explains that the nude scene still upsets her. In some instances, fans request Winslet to sign the drawing in the nude scene, and during these moments, Winslet consistently refuses.
I don’t sign that one. It feels very uncomfortable… Why would you do that? People ask me to sign that a lot. I’m like, no! I didn’t mean for it to be a photograph that I would end up seeing still 17 years later.
